Terrible UI terrible Customer Service

My wife and I recently started playing this game and loved it. We even spent quite a bit of money on it too. Unfortunately the UI is incredibly slow and unresponsive and it is extremely easy to accidentally put a figure into a fusion when you are only trying to look at it’s stats. If you don’t notice it’s in the fusion list before too late you’re SOL. My wife put one of her best figures into the grinder this way earlier today, a figure that has a less than 1% chance to drop from a 1$ booster. She was so happy to have finally gotten the last piece to make the deck work and was double checking the stats on one of the key figures when this UI GOTCHA happened. We tried submitting a ticket to CS, but their reply was “all sales and fusions are final. We do not have the ability to make changes to players accounts”, like we were trying to take back a choice that we simply regretted. No remorse at all for the fact that it was effectively a 200$ figure that got eaten by their crappy UI. The “we have no ability to make changes to players accounts” is complete Bull too. They just two days ago fixed the chain level of people’s Shiny Rayquazas that had been affected by a bug. I probably was going to keep playing this game for quite a while. Probably would have spent too much money on it too. But I guess now I know better than to trust this game to actually do something if a bug affects their monetary investment in it. I had honestly expected better from the Pokémon Company. Spend your money on something that actually gives a flip that you’re a paying customer.

Game keeps glitching telling me to update but I just downloaded it and I deleted and downloaded again, but it still doesn’t work....it’s a shame, I really wanted to try out this game

The chests are too much to wait like the gold chest you have to wait 12 hours but really it’s a great game to play I have a charazard ex it only moves once pls change that to 2 moves

Really enjoy it but man the menu and every piece of hud is so clunky. I can’t press a button on the first try but I can’t mash it in case I need to look at the info of something. This is tiring

The game is amazing but there is only one thing that bothers me, and that is the description on of the figures, like for example the figures I own say how many duels they have been in which I don’t like. It’s kinda weird but If that could go away or if there was an option so that it won’t show I would be one hundred percent satisfied with the game. But just to sum it all up I really don’t want to see how many duels my figures were in. Please make this go away or make it an option to show that please and thank you!

I opened up my game because I had recently updated it, but the game constantly says there is a content update. I’ve restarted my phone to see if that works but did not. Other than this, the game is great. Although I would like for you to make another update so that this bug is fixed.

It is an amazing game, but it tries to make you buy things with constant sales, but it is the same sale, 24/7. Why can’t it have the sale as a set price, and have other sales every now and then. It also needs to come out with a story mode update. I think it has been 2 years.
