First time I got this app long time ago I got any miles I want to point at no charge now after upgrade it change to up 10 miles for free if more than 10 miles have to pay therefore it tricks on us

I have had the point & click for awhile. I was happy with it till today. I purchased the 100 package after I used free app for a short time. Now it's says I have to pay more to get a greater distance??? It said one time fee!!!!!! I have not used it 100 times!!! Please let me know why my package is not working?
