Unfortunately, we have had everything from the past several years backed up here, and now it won't let me upload any files. I sent an email and it said someone will get back to me in like 7 days or sown thing absurd like that. Don't spend your money on pogo plug.

The app was working seamlessly until I started getting an error "destination unavailable.." Contacted support and they haven't answered yet after 4 days.

I paid for additional service, and still they are shutting down access and erasing all my files this week. They won't let me download files I've stored, so they will be lost forever. I have been promised an alternate service for no additional money, but it doesn't work. Disappointing all around.
