Tried logging in unsuccessfully for 3 times. On the 3rd try, it told me my account had been suspended! Whart's going on???

Apps like this make me wonder whether the company is run by a group of chimpanzees who just bang on keyboards to create coding. Confusing, counter-intuitive, meandering, sluggish... there aren't enough adjectives to describe how atrocious this app is. It's as bad is the Poems website, which is really saying something because they site is the worst online trading platform since the dawn of the Internet.
When are you guys going to optimize it for iphone5?
