Doesn't work. All you get is the title page and some slow music. Never progresses to game.

I didn't used to have problems with this app but lately it has been slow and has at times frozen up. Also, the app now will not let me redeem the earned tickets to the Pocoyo World account. I have deleted and re-installed it. Rebooted. Even went to the Pocoyo World website and everything on there works fine but when I try to redeem the tickets, it always times out now. I wish there was a troubleshoot/help/restore link. If there was an update to fix the issues, I would give a higher rating. Unfortunately, the last update was April 2012.
