You can’t even TYPE in the space where you describe the problem in detail. What the hell are they thinking? This is ridiculous. If taxpayer dollars were spent on this they MUST BE REFUNDED. ZERO STARS.

Picture submission continues to be broken even after bringing to attention months ago. PLEASE FIX. Also, where can I track the tickets I submit? How do I know if anything is getting done?
