If I'm going to pay 3 dollars, I'm going to buy an actual gift. For that matter, I could take some crappy clip art, edit it into a photo, and it would be the same thing. It would be cute and funny if the app cost $0.99 and you got all of the packs, but I wouldn't pay $3 each for some stupid little picture packs.
