Frustrating

I don’t think I’ve ever been more frustrated with an app. There has been several times I would “lock” my phone to get points and I even get the notification saying “you’re currently earning points” but when I unlock it, nothing was earned. And right now the app won’t even load, it’s stuck generating those circles, I restarted my phone, closed the app several times, didn’t work then I deleted the app as a last resort, but now it won’t let me sign in, it’s stuck on buffering when I tap sign in. I’ve spent nearly 2 months gaining points and I was at nearly 1000, and having the thought of losing all those points really irritates me!

The concept of the app is great. Unfortunately I can't even create an account to get started. I entered my name & email, created a password, and when I entered my birthday, it just hung... spinning little circle for 5 minutes with no response. When I close and reopen the app, now I'm not even sure if my account has been created yet or not, so I try to log in. Enter email & password. It just spins again, minutes with no reaction, no message, nothing. So hey, maybe the account wasn't created, go try to create it again. It hangs again, this time on my email & password. It gives no message, just hangs there forever, pretending it's doing something. There is no break in network connectivity during any of this. If folks can't sign up and use it, the app is worthless. "Hanging forever" is not an adequate software response for anything. I'm deleting this, maybe I'll try again if/when the company improves it. No point until then.
Great....except for when you need it.

This app is super buggy and will never work when you need to access rewards. It constantly fails and won't run smoothly. Don't get this app! Waste of time and space.

This is a fantastic way to get students off of their phone by giving them incentives. However, I think it would be even more rewarding if we could purchase electronic giftcards to Target or Amazon like Swagbucks.

Good app, needs work for iOS 11

Worked fine before upgrading to iOS 11, but now having issues with it crashing quite frequently. Please have your development team focus on resolving these issues. The latest update claiming to resolve iOS 11 compatibility has not fixed the issues I am experiencing. First, I would open the app and it would just never get past the concentric circles (trying to access location data I think). I deleted and reinstalled the app to see if that would help. Now, the app crashes either during the login process (w/ Facebook, after approving via Facebook app it reopens your app and just hangs or crashes) or if it does get past that it crashes when you agree to allow it to access your location (even if you did this previously and it shows up correctly under the phone’s settings). Please work on these issues.
FIX THE TIMER

I love this app. I have almost 2000 points from it but in recent weeks the timer is acting weird. I will lock my phone in the app then when i open it back up it will say that i have gotten no points even though my phone has been locked for an hour. This happens frequently. The timer will start from 2 minute and then say it’s at 3. I’m tired of it. please fix this bug. I enjoy this app very much and I don’t want to have to get rid of it.

Great concept but everytime I go to set it up or spend my points the app crashes and I end up paying full price wherever I am. Super upset by this ?

Recently stopped working. It will act as if I hadn't had my phone locked with the apps open, won't let me access the gifts to redeem points, and in general does not load. Really disappointed. I haven't even updated to iOS11.
