Works well

Accurate and inexpensive, and you always have it with you

10.99 is too much for this app. Still doesn’t fit the iPhone X notch.

For $10..99 this app better be perfect as there are FREE apps that do this just a couple clicks away. It’s not perfect because the app doesn’t work around the iPhone X notch and if you switch from old to new controls it crashes every time. This app should be no more than 3.99.

This app needs a serious update

It looks terrible and is laggy on the iPhone X. Instant regret paying 11$ for this

Replaces my Sekonic Light Meter and Polaroid Back!

Best photography app I have ever encountered! I bought the chap two pints!! Thanks for removing the ads. Upgrade wish list: Histogram and a fully Manual Mode. Would be grand if I could place the focal point over a grey card, set f stop and Exposure as desired and see a histogram, rather than fumble around trying to find the Zone placement I desire by tapping various parts of the scene till the values fall where I want them. This takes a bit of time in scenes with wide variation in light and shadow. Otherwise this app has been a tremendous boon! I have done tests against my Sekonic meter with consistent results. And logging the scene with metadata affords me similar luxury of making Polaroid proofs while simultaneously recording metadata. Kudos!

spot on

finally a spot meter for zone photography. Would suggest adding a zone scale and a meter reading save feature that you can place on the scale. With the ability to place in whatever zone you want -( ie be able to get a shadow reading and a highlight reading and place) looking forward to calibrating! Great work here!!

Not very good

Just did a test on 2 shots outside, both times I was under exposures by about a stop, maybe a bit more...my gray card is much more accurate...dumping this app

Latest update was big step backwards

I hate the wheels & the “use the old interface” setting is gone. No version number in settings or the in-app settings. Developer web site has exactly one sentence - no specs, FAQs, help, nothing. 2 stars because it does actually meter OK most of the time. No more than that because the UI is bad & the support is nonexistent. Deleted it & going back to my old Vivitar meter.
