I purchased this for my job and it no longer works. It needs to be updated. In the meantime, I can no longer use any of the lab values. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I rated you app at the lowest possible point because it is not working. If your app was working, I would have rated your app at the highest possible star rating. This app has not been updated to be compatible with apple’s last two updates. IOS 11.0.3 is the latest Apple phone update on the Apple 7 Plus iPhone. I was using your app regularly to review my aging mother’s lab tests every month. I’ve promoted your app to all my family and friends so they can better understand what their lab test mean. This has allowed them opportunity to enter into a more informative and deeper understanding of their medical conditions, with their physicians. Thus, making them more compliant with their physicians’ treatment of their medical conditions. Please update your app NOW so it is compatible with the latest Apple 7 PLUS, IOS updates - 11.0.3. Currently, your app is not functional. It does NOT work at all. Please let me know if and when you are going to update your APP so it is compatible with IOS 11.0.3 and beyond. If you aren’t going to update your app; I would like to know that, as well so I can delete it from my phone and shop for another “LAB” app. Thank you!
