I'm new and when it tells me to go to the shop I do I get everything but when I reach the ring shop it crashes so I'm stuck there

This game is great and addicting but one thing there should be is a clan where you can put all of your friends in. You should also be able to search players in the game also. There should also be no wait time for battling friends and asking help from them. But overall this game is great!???
