I love the idea of this service, but the application is poor. Why must I submit a receipt after I use the debit card at the medical site? It seems cumbersome and purposefully an additional unnecessary step. I’m seriously reconsidering reenrolling in the program next year because Of the hassle.

So far the app is what I expected. I would give this a 5 stars except when you are trying to access the details of your investments. You have to keep reloading every time.
Login experience is horrible

Can’t save credentials, can even persist them in Apple storage to bring them up, and no Touch ID. Don’t bother with the app unless you have to, your browser will make the login easier.
