Very frustrating- The only options given in Settings of this app happen to be choosing what voice ringer types we want. No phone number to call. No help from Customer Support.

Takes a little bit a time to get used to it and most of that time is use for the doctors and his assistants.But for the end-user it couldn’t be any more simple. Really well done application. The pMD application even has support… I mean telephone support and the support team is really good .

This app is amazing. It makes my billing so easy and fluid and doesn’t interrupt workflow or patient care. The UI is so user friendly and anyone could get the hang of it easily. Could not imagine doing it any other way!

I love using the app instead of using the computer. It’s an awesome tool and saves time. Which we all could use more of. Haha! The update that allows you to press on the patient’s name is awesome as well. It makes entering charges much faster. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it lacks the option to change the date. It’s a great feature if you are entering charges for the current day. Otherwise I end up having to open the profile to change the date. If the date could be added to this new feature then the app would be considered golden in my opinion. I still give it 5 stars because I think the developers deserve it. Great app! Thank you!! ?
