VERY Impressed!

Natalie Cub

I don’t know why I haven’t used this sooner. There was no waiting in a lobby and you’re seen right away at your own convenience!

Do better

sondra4

I usually don’t like to see doctors because I always feel as though they’re very condescending and treat you as though you’re uneducated. I recently moved states so I don’t have a primary in my current location. I paid to have an appointment with this doctor to REFILL a retinol prescription and she would only give me a months worth and wanted me to pay to see a dermatologist. She was asking me questions and smirking and laughing at my responses as if I wasn’t aware of what my prescription was and what the side affects were. It really only hurts you to be so miserable @ work and towards your patients!

Absolutely wonderful

bpd22

My experience was smooth and flawless, the doctor was professional, courteous, friendly and on time. She listened to my issue, and explained the medication prescribed. My experience was top notch and very convenient, able to see a doctor in my home per video call and head off to work. Definitely recommended

Technical difficulties but great app!

HPY grl

First time I used the app it worked great. This past time it took two tries on two different days to get connected with difficulties still but I ended up with the physician I had the first time which worked out as I already had a great experience with her. So much so I tried to leave a good review for her but there doesn’t seem to be a way, which makes me curious as to how the ratings are generated. If you’re using the app I highly recommend Dr. Carrie Beaumont. She is thorough, relatable, gives advice on prevention by asking questions to pinpoint the cause and discusses treatment thoroughly. The app works fine but I’m not sure I’d be a repeat customer without Dr. Beaumont. Thanks for your help!

Amazed by this app

only1kia

I used this app for the very first time today and I must say that I am very pleased. The doctor was very friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and reassured me that my issue would be taken care of. My insurance was accepted with a very low copay which saved me tons of money!! Prescriptions was called in and ready within a few hours as well!! I give this 5 stars if I could give it more I would!! Definitely recommending to my family and friends.

Best Service Ever!

Thank you so very much for the creation of this app! The ease of being able to book an appointment and speak with a doctor, get a quick answer and a solution, and all without having to uproot my family and take them to a doctors office is wonderful!

First time user - great experience!

The process was easy and efficient. Dr. Marks was great. As a cash patient he set me up on goodRx and saved me a significant amount of money on my Rx! Highly recommend!

NO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES- why not blare that out before $99?

David Global Traveller

Doctor was friendly but right off the bat she said phone/internet consultations are not possible for any controlled substances. Why not make that PLAINLY EVIDENT before you take my $99, waste my time, waste your doctor’s time, and have you capture all my sensitive personal information? “Outraged” is the word in my mind. Please refund the $99 and delete all my personal info from your records. I hope this review helps you improve and I really don’t like wasting my time.

Little help from PlushCare

looking4gooddoc

To start off I’m CEO/Owner/founder of many companies, I’m also a solid Christian so I never lie because I know God watches everything I do. I also paid for a platinum insurance company so there is no lack of payments. I called today requesting birth control that you can get from CVS or anywhere else. I have endometriosis and have to have an ablation/hysterectomy. My GYN offered a IUD until he could do the surgery but he said he was 30 patients behind on ordering it. So clearly I need a new doctor. Any good doctor to trust to remove your body parts books really far out and anyone you can just get in with might not be the safest to preform surgery. As I explain to the doctor I’m having to down AZO pills and just would like some help to stop the anguish of the pain. I feel like I’m on fire on my insides, the pain wakes me up at 3 am every night and i can’t fall back asleep, often I vomit from it because it becomes so intense. The doctor refused to write it because I smoke. After she found out I also had a family history of strokes, but she wasn’t going to write it before anyway. She also didn’t offer any other form of help such as a cream or anything, just take some IB profen, find an acupuncturist but that won’t help you much, you can change your diet but that will do very little for you, and find a doctor that can get you in, but not too fast so that you make sure they are good. Thanks for stating the obvious that I paid you for. I have been a loyal customer of PlushCare, also referred them to people on social media and personal references, but the last two appointments have been absolutely horrible and very unsympathetic doctors. They treat every appointment as if you are needing some type of serious drug and really have no empathy at all. I’m very loyal and I guess it she said it somehow looked bad because I’ve called for other issues over the past 5 years? Looks like I need to find a new online doctor as well unless this gets corrected.
