Go on a nature adventure with Plum's Creaturizer! Kids and families can build wild creatures, then head outdoors to photograph them right in their own backyard. It's part of PLUM LANDING, a PBS KIDS project that helps kids develop a love for this amazing, beautiful, and dramatic planet we call home.

The app provides opportunities for kids and their families to interact with nature in a thoughtful way and have fun exploring together.

Features
• Build a billion (really!) unique creatures using over a hundred body parts based on real animals.
• Customize each creature's body, head, legs, eyes, tail, wings, ears, horns, and skin.
• Take photos of your creature outdoors, "photobombing" them into the scene.
• Complete missions for each creature in which you consider its needs (habitat, diet, and adaptations).
• Answer questions to get you thinking about how your creatures might live - how they hunt, eat, look for water, make homes, defend themselves, and raise their young.
• Watch a slideshow featuring a day in the life of your creature.
• Visit the gallery, displaying all your creatures, and add to, review, or edit your photos. Photos are saved to the in-app Gallery and your device's camera roll.

This game is fun, which is coming from an eleven year old, so... You get some credit. Just add more parts and I will rate this five stars.

No access to camera so...

It’s 2019
PRC.

Where’s the camera access? This seems to have been a problem for YEARS if you look at the reviews. And so where’s the help section? Their website doesn’t address this issue and isn’t app-specific anyway. Disappointing.

Can’t take pictures

Overall, the game is cute and my child enjoys it. But it doesn’t work as described. The game has no option to actually connect it to the camera to take a picture of the creature. Instead it is a white background. I would love it if the developer would update this so the game actually works.

Great Fun

Awesome free app
JajaJaded

My son loves making the little critters and taking photos with them. Also love that the app talks to the player and let's them know what to do. Instead of having to read it to them. Educational as well.

So Cute, Easy Fun for All

My 4-year-old loves this game, and even my 2-year-olds like to push the button, hear the sound effects and see different creatures.
