I have been waiting for an app like this for ever! It's about time the industry start using apps! So excited for this, and it's one of my favorite companies that's starting it!

I ordered a pair of custom plugs for my girlfriend to give to her on Christmas. They had a picture on them that I uploaded, and I made sure that all of the sizing was fine because I know that custom pieces are difficult and take some time. I was able to also order a pair of free plugs from a limited amount of choices, so I did! When the 2 pairs of plugs I ordered came in, there was a MAJOR difference in size (at least one ENTIRE size bigger than the 7/8ths that I ordered) and I knew they wouldn't fit her. So I emailed their customer service, and got back an email relatively fast saying "We are concerned about your request, please give 48 to 72 hours for us to reply." That was back in December of 2017. It's now 4 months later, and I've emailed them again at least once, with absolutely no reply. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the free plugs that came along with my order fit my girlfriend just fine (even though those are slightly bigger than her size), and the quality of both pairs of plugs is pretty alright. So now my girlfriend has a pair of plugs that she can't wear, and I still have yet to hear ANYTHING back from the email that I received asking for 48-72 hours. All in all, this company seems to be pretty hit or miss.

It won’t let me on the app at all. All it shows is the logo and then the screen goes black and cuts back to my home screen. Even the website is acting funny and won’t load. Oh well.

I barely downloaded this app yesterday but isn’t letting me use it anymore, the logo sits for a while then takes me back to my homepage (screen saver)

Nice design! You can’t search by size, which is a bummer. And it’s unusable now, because it instantly freezes when opening the app.

This app is great when it decides it wants to work. Only about half of the time can I get the app to actually open. Love that there is a lot of options for plugs and love the deals they frequently offer, but the shipping takes absolutely forever. Biggest problem is app usability for sure.

So on the website with every order comes free plugs and on the app once i was done purchasing my item it never includes my free plugs!!!!??? Wow what a disappointment....?
