I recently made a purchase that was authorized and my credit card was processed. Two day later, my card was stolen and it had to be replaced. I contacted Pledge Music and I was assured that my order was processed. The next day the order was canceled and my card was refunded. I assumed it was due to the timing of the fraud charge. I tried to reorder with my new card. I keep receiving a message that the order cannot be processed and to contact Pledge Music. The only way is via email. I have emailed multiple time for the past three weeks and no one will respond. Update: Amex recharged my card on 02/26/18 and Pledge Music still has not responded and will not reinstate my account or order. If there is an artist you follow on Pledge Music and you have another means of buying their music other than Pledge, I highly advise that you do so. If you have any issues with Pledge Music, they will not respond.

Purchased an album using iOS and learned after payment was made that purchases are not available for download on iOS. The website directed me to this app. I downloaded the app and while I can see the purchased album, none of the songs actually play. The only silver lining is that some of the money from the purchase went to charity (at least I hope it did).

I like PledgeMusic. It’s nice following the process and being updated. However the failure is unable to play the album on their app. I have tried and am unable to play. I even deleted and get it again and that did not solve the problem. If they fix this issue/bug then this app would be awesome. Until then it’s pretty useless.

Pretty easy to discover new artists, since theres a lot of variety. It looks great, and is easy to use. Like that I can hear sample music

It was good but it stopped playing the music..fix this please i love this app but i cant rate high if it doesnt work

Awesome app to follow what your favorite artists are doing. Only complaint is if they update there interface and a couple of bugs.

Although I did manage with some effort to successfully use the app, I had to take all sorts of back doors to get to the pages I needed. Most of the way I was greeted with a Facebook login page that led to a white screen or something entirely different from what I clocked on. The search feature in the main feed is broken and only shows all artists as well. Great UI and service. The app itself is too buggy though.

But in actual use it doesn't hold up. I can get music to play through the app and the offline listening feature doesn't work either. I'll go back to using the actual website.
