Can't even use it

Won't let me sign in. Keeps giving error 1010.

I’m trying to Vue right now but it keeps on saying you’ve reached the maximum of viewing at one time but I’m the only one currently viewing! So it can use some work. And the search bar is terrible! I typed “How it’s made” and nothing came up and then I typed “ How it” then it shows it quite confusing.

Can’t cast to Chromecast 4K

As soon as I cast It keeps saying thanks for watching please select another program. Tried everything from rebooting to reinstalling.

Can’t connect to network

No matter what I do, it throws a network error and won’t launch. Tried reinstalling several times. No issues with any other streaming apps. Bummer.

Playback fine, usability lacking

I added an Ethernet cable to my fire stick and haven't had a single buffering problem since then. I still find navigation to be a bit clunky and fussy. And Sony's sign in process should be used to force terrorists to talk. Enable touch ID, at least on phones and tablets, and lose the outdated robot captcha. Perhaps offer a numeric authenticator option if you're really that worried about a robot takeover. Can't even copy/paste my password in from my password manager.

I love the service on my PlayStation and my Chromecast and Roku, but on iOS it is missing a few things. The thing that stuck out to me most was when I was trying to create a new profile, or "Vuer", it would not let me agree to have read the terms and agreements, therefore not letting me finish creating the profile. Other than this difficulty, the app is decent.

Biggest glitch and waste of time/$$ ever!!! Forget trying to go back and watch DVR shows or events off of “My Shows” because it won’t play or sometimes wont even be there.. this app can’t see more then 4-6 hours into the future of upcoming programs/events!! Piss poor connections and lag time is beyond ridiculous, it’s crazy!! And I have a 25mgs per sec download speed oh btw.. lotta shows freeze up or have a load bar across the screen with a “please wait” across it... this app just isn’t capable to replace your dish or direct tv providers or anything else that is cable dependable ...! It needs tons of work to be 2 star rating worthy app..

Guide & overall layout of app is absolutely AWFUL!!! A normal guide looks like what cable and satellite providers have. For example... the guide in the Directv app is absolutely AMAZING... easy to read and navigate through to easily get to what you want to watch. It’s a never-ending side swipe scroll in your app which is not convenient or user-friendly. Fix your layout of the app in general and fix your guide layout and you will get 5 stars from me.

playback is bad at best

during live playback the program will jump forward and backwards sometimes up to 20 seconds and then the audio will lose sync with the video.... doesn’t take more than a few minutes of watching for that to start happening. terrible app, i’m about to ask for my money back, it’s been going on for weeks now! DONT GET IT
