Traveling with kids today is certainly easier than it used to be, thanks to portal DVD players, mobile game systems, IPods and the like, but young children still have a lot of energy they need to get rid of when they are stuck in the car for long periods of time.
Wouldn't it be nice to know, when those rumblings for the next meal come from the back seat, you would know where the closest restaurants with play areas for kids are?
What about when that "I gotta go potty!" comes from back there? How far did that sign say the next rest area was? Even if you do remember, how many miles ago did you pass that sign? Do I need to get off the interstate? Or is the next rest area just around the bend? And more importantly, does it have a bathroom?
As a parent of a small child myself, my answer was absolutely yes!!! Which is why I wrote this app.

This app used to work wonderfully. On our road trip a year ago, it was very accurate. Re download it for the trip this year, and it's a total bust! So disappointing. It needs to be updated and designed so parents can help others out or removed. March 2018

This app does not do as it promised. No play area at the Burger King we stopped at. It didn’t even have a changing table in the bathroom. I had to change my toddler’s poopy diaper on a dirty fast food bathroom floor. Waste of time!! Zero stars!! This is just a list of fast food places.
