This game is awesome but, you need to make it so we don't have to keep on washing the nurses hands that do nothing to actually need to wash their hands. 5 Stars! ⭐️

Okay I like how the nurses can automatically treat the patients but really just really it is almost like they are not automatic you constantly have to wash their hands it it seriously gets annoying please delete this feature
