Subscribed to this but it’s unusable

This app isn’t working as it supposed to. The features are limited despite being a subscriber. I am paying monthly for this crap! You try to login and you keep getting the error message that says a server with this specified host name cannot be found. If this is not fixable I want a refund!!!

Awesome app for my kids that are toddlers. The only reason not 5 stars is because sometimes my subscription will glitch when trying to use two devices at once. My daughter will play on phone while son plays on ipad, and one device will have issues on being subscribed. Otherwise its a great play app and keeps them entertained while educating them. Thanks palykids!

Hello play kids i just wanted to say this app is great but it needs more stuff in the block game so I played this game for a few years now I have to this game I love playing it and I love playing it but some of my friends said they wanted doors and maybe adding some doors it’s not like I hate it and all maybe add doors and my friends told me to add animal and beds and maybe and a friends list and maybe when you always start playing the block game you feel lonely ? maybe make a friends list just like pk xd and maybe send letters to your friends so sorry if it’s to much but anyways have a good and awesome day!? -by the animal crossing kid
the subscription is well worth it!

my daughter absolutely loves exploring all of the options in this app, and it’s so great that things can be locally downloaded so she doesn’t need wifi in order to use it such as on a car trip.
