- Don't believe us? Launch your built-in Apple camera app. Your music will stop as soon as native Apple camera app is launched.

App lowers phone max volume when video recording! This kind of defeats the purpose of the app... Otherwise it works as intended. Please fix this tho

I’ve been searching everywhere for something that will let me record videos while playing music on my phone. #1 reason I miss my Samsung phone. (I don’t like using Snapchat because you can’t be hands free while recording) PlayMaestro gave me exactly what I was looking for and does the trick. Although I wish this app had a record/capture BUTTON instead of just tapping any spot on the screen. It’s so sensitive, and I can do without a bunch of 3-10 sec. videos of rubbish in my gallery.
Cannot listen on Bluetooth headset

Works as advertised however it does not play music through Bluetooth headset while recording video. So if you are planning to do some recording while listening to music (for me it was snowboarding) then this is not the right app. It will only play through your phone speaker so your video will record the music you are playing. The volume also goes down a little bit.
