Since Billr is gone this is a great alternative. Most apps only calculate tips or split bills evenly. I like how it asks for the total first and lets you know the remaining amount to assign to a plate. Will use this frequently!
Great app for groups

Great app for splitting with groups, but wish there was an option for additional taxes that are split up on the receipt. Right now, we have to add up all the taxes and input them as one tax on the app.

Makes sharing the city of a meal with friends a breeze. App apportions tax and tip by the individual diner's total (when I first tried this app about 6 months ago, the sales tax was done as an even split by the number of fingers. Kudos to the developers for fixing this). I love this because dragging items one by one to the individual diners automatically sums them up. No need for another calculator to be open. Another nice feature is that you can stack the completed plates for another total, like when two diners want to pay together as one.
