Not sure why, but for months, this app has had issues with syncing / loading. I love PCO and will continue using it, but the app is not doing its job. Multiple other users I know are experiencing the same thing. Services show up as empty. Please fix this so we can continue using all the intended features of this excellent service!

My app won’t load and it says I have 3 requests but only shows 2 and just stays stuck loading.

Hard to talk to anyone

Sometimes when you need help you need it right then. Having someone email is not always the best option. I was unable to find a way to call anyone. Real inconvenience.

The app is so useful, but whenever I try to update my profile picture, it takes forever and it’s extremely slow so I don’t even get to update it.
It needs an update.

It won’t let me change my profile picture. No matter how much service/wifi I have. It also has been glitching and not sending notifications. Other then that it’s a good app.

I use this app all the time to plan my worship sets for church but here lately the app closes out when I need to remove a song from my list. This gets kind of frustrating when you have multiple songs to remove. Other than that it’s a great tool to use.
