Very Poor customer service. 8 following purchase and still can't use app.

I was so excited when I found this app. I loved that it was so similar to the old style Franklin Planner. 8 days following purchase and still can't use the app. I am VERY disappointed in the extremely poor customer service!!! I purchased the full version app from my iPad (4.99 annual fee) on 8/29/16. I then downloaded the app to my iPhone and was not able to log into the account. I received an error message saying I had performed 130600 requests within the past minute (this was my first attempt to sign in). After six attempts including deleting the app and reinstalling I could not log in with my iPhone. I contacted support and that evening was told they were fixing the app server and would contact me when completed. I then tried to log in and was told the password was not correct (it was). I was told to log out of the iPad and log back in. I logged out as I was instructed by customer support and then got an error saying I did not have an account associated with my email ?. I then tried to reassign ate the account and was told I needed to pay another 4.99 to upgrade ?. I reached out to support again including a screenshot of my receipt thru iTunes showing I paid. I was then asked to provide the email associated with the account of which I did. I have not heard back and have sent 3 additional requests for status on my paid account. I was looking forward to this app but 8 days in from my purchase and still not able to use. I would not recommend using this app.

This app would be much better if it had better interface with the Apple Pencil. I have also found that there is no way to delete an event completely. Other than that, it is ok...

This may be a good calendar after you pay the yearly fee, but the free version is rendered useless by the ads for an upgrade. I mean every two seconds. Unlike any other calendar app that may give you more limited functionality, but otherwise leaves you unmolested. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth, because I can't even try before I buy. So my vote and my money will go to Fantastical, which really showed me what a great calendar it is. Oh wait, it's free! And yes, it does have a to-do list that is constant and doesn't have to be moved.

Loving this app so far. I really like that you can assign tasks to specific dates and it will show up alongside the events for that day. I just upgraded to the Pro version because I like the simple layout and wanted to be able to do repeat events.

I love that EVERYTHING is in ONE place. I am very busy and switch between iPad and iPhone.....I need things in one central location....ProPlanner gives me that.
