Easy to use for non Professionals

I have only played around with this for 3 days. I am not a professional. I bought it to draw my ideas out before talking to contractors. I paid the $25 for lifetime access to the catalogue of items. It is missing a few that I need like a sleeper sofa and pocket doors. It is hard to tell from the catalogue images how big something is but once I drag it out then it is very easy to resize. It's just that I have to spend time online and research how much room a sleeper sofa requires and then go back into the app and resize a sofa in the catalogue. I cannot find a work around for pocket doors because when I bring in a door, it includes the swing arch and it then bumps into the cabinets or furniture. So not a big help in the 3d walk-around to decide where to put a pocket door. I could not find a way to contact support on the App so I went to the website. There is an email but not video tutorials or manual on how to use it. It is intuitive to get a basic room set up quickly. Not as hard as others I have tried over the years and for that I am pleased. It goes as fast as drawing on graph paper with a ruler and of course the items are much easier than recutting paper items. I went to their FB page to join their user forum but they don't seem to have one. I could only find a gallery and option to write a review and their contact links. It would really be nice if a discussion group or forum was set up so I could get some how to advice a bit faster than sending an email. Forums are nice because I pick up so many tips and learn a lot from others. I spent 40 min trying to get an arch to stick to a certain wall. It kept attaching to 5 other walls except the one I wanted it to! Finally I recreated a room off to the side, added the door, then drug the room back to the large square area which I was trying to add more walls (and the arch) to make rooms inside of the large square. The arch was the best solution for not having a pocket door in their catalogue. I am now trying to figure out if there is a way to duplicate a file. I would like to create the large square with materials and finishes. Then I would like to duplicate that file and then add or remove walls and doors and arches and pony walls in different areas of the large square. I really don't want to spend time creating four different files for the exact same room dimensions and materials and finishes. I want to be able to go back and look at each of the four files to see which one I like best. How do I find a way to do what I am hoping to do in order to save time doing repetitive recreation?

It’s ok. Nothing special. Maybe adding more of a natural lighting, a visit mode, and an option to color anything will make it amazing

Great app, currently broken

I absolutely love this app, but at the moment it’s broken after the latest update. Loading the app brings you to a page with no menu. Incredibly disappointing, because the $20ish permanent total upgrade was worth it when I was actually able to use it.

I was an avid user of this app for a few years. I loved that I was able to easily use the software. As one of the older updates came out it limited my access to certain items which I didn't mind so much. But this new version has limited even the most basic of actions. For example, changing the height of the windows. It has also further limited selection of decor I could use. Overall, I am greatly disappointed in this app. It used to be so good now it is all about buying a membership.

Great app very user friendly but after you pay to get the 3D image rendered in HD the quality’s isn’t realistic. Also the app is very limited in fabrics and patterns. Also they don’t provide any metallic colors to apply for furniture or accessories. They need to get this app in better condition. Always crashing on me after an hour.

The reason I gave the game four stars is because IT’S AMAZING!!! But the update stinks. I would give it five stars if the update was better.I usually have all my walls white because there is really no good choices for walls. But after the new update the white walls that I have are now gray. I would really like for you to fix the bug because the gray makes the rooms look darker. But in all, I really like your app.

Hi! I have a question, and maybe the devs can help me. For some reason, I bought the subscription for a year and unlocked everything, but for some reason, in 3D mode I cannot see the items I placed. It just shows up as a gray transparent square. Have any ways to fix this or get rid of it in 3D mode? Thanks!
