It's a great concept, but it doesn't work. Timer doesn't count right. Day 1 should take 1:20 but is over in 10 seconds.
The program mostly works and kudos to them for putting out a decent free app. However the program does have some major issues. The number one being that there is no sound that goes off at the end of each set. Eventually when you get into the higher timed sets you kind of zone out while you are doing the plank. There have been a number of times where I missed the rest period and was planking into the next set. The other issue is that the sets need some sounds. Doing a plank for 90 seconds plus gets to be pretty boring and I hate getting the music from another app to supplement the lack of sound. Another issue is that sometimes when you hit pause it takes you to the beginning of the whole set when you resume. So yes, the app does have its issues but it is free and its problems can be worked out. But now I am looking for a more complete app to add to my plank challenge repetoir.
Timer is off. Skips around. Doesn't go in order. I deleted it. Unable to follow.
