I was unable to get the Monday discount if you order and pay online. What good is the app if you can’t get the discount or employees can’t access it at the store level. I am extremely frustrated and angry to have to over pay by $7.00. You won’t see me back there unless this is rectified
App has a few glitches when reviewing and placing orders. Took a few attempts to get order placed. Sometimes when selecting the order ready time, it takes you back a screen and then you have to review order again. Also, the app selected incorrect store location, even after I selected the correct location. Eventually placed order at right store.
This seems like a bug - when I am placing an order and selecting a tip, there’s a drop-down menu allowing me to select anything between 0-5%. If I’m only ordering 1 sandwich for delivery this seems incredibly low ($0.30 at 5%). How can I add a tip manually for an explicit amount of money or pick a higher percent?
Receipt for purchase would not update in app. No one in store, including the manager was able to offer explanation.
I’ve been using another Level Up app for Steak n Shake for a few years with no problems, so I felt confident using this app for Planet Sub. I’ve now tried to check out with this app at two different Planet Subs. It simply does not work. The employees at both locations said it rarely does. They said sometimes it takes up to 5 minutes to read the QR code, but even then it may not work.
Great app, even better subs!
