App not working

We keep trying to play the app, but ever time it loads and acts like it is ready to go and then shuts itself off, defaulting to the iPad menu screen. Help??
Keeps disconnecting and crashing

I cant even play the game, When i press play it says you have been disconnected from the server. It keeps doing that A LOT.

This game is probably one of my favorite games. I am a big fan of Dog Man and Captain Underpants. I recommend people who like the content from Dav Pilkey should play this game! The tasks and games are fun too! I hope this game gets a full five star rating!
