Had this app for years. Recently a new version downloaded. And today, no features are available (like plane type) and requires subscriptions for normal info. Find another app, this one isn’t worth anything now.

I live in the California High Desert. The area is smack in the middle of EWNS flight paths, so I see it all. I love this app, because anytime I’m curious I can simply look a plane up. Customer service is very responsive if there’s an issue.
Spammers - Broken app, poor customer service.

Total garbage. Instead of updating the original paid app, they keep spamming users who PAID outright to upgrade to this junky subscription based app.

It is a complete shame when companies promise that an app will be free upon purchase forever and then discontinue it. Now they want me to pay again with a subscription to get the same thing. It’s a real shame when companies do that. Loved the app but now I’m very disappointed.

When I stopped paying, GA aircraft stopped showing in my area- ads or not. Deleted.

Which version do I have? When I travel from what location is it factoring, providing data? And why when I open this app, am I greeted with Continents of the Americas with billions of flights aloft? Why does it not locate me from where I am then project a map of flights in my location? This is so clumsy, and I’m asked to purchase an upgrade? To what? The same junk but in 3D? Yikes? I could go on. It’s futile
Previous version was great new version terrible

Loved the previous version for my job in aviation. This new version has extremely annoying ads that’ll direct you to a new website away from a plane finder quickly. And the ads keep coming. Full screen ones as well. The previous app version had ads but not as bad as these. Also had better features like plane routing which is missing from this new version. Such a shame it’s not what it used to be. Wish the ads were at least not so obtrusive and full screened and ready to send you to another website so quickly.

I loved this app until the latest release included full screen ads that pop up as you are using the app. This renders it completely useless and incredibly frustrating. I understand the need for ads in free apps, but not when it interferes with the function of the app. Hard pass. I had considered paying for it, now just going to delete it.
