Good but not great

Does a good job but is lacking a few things. One this that would be great would be if it gave you a total hours worked weekly. It's. I've to track how much time you have on the clock.

Works great with easy access through your smartphone. Easy for employees to request shift swaps and message each other. Low cost is a benefit too.

I was so excited for this. But, the time it takes me to duplicate a schedule from day to day or the week over was entirely too manual of a process to make it worth using.

Apparently this app is designed to work with the cloud/computer app, which is a subscription based program. You can't add more than one employee or group on the app and the help seems only for the online version, no help available for the app. It appears that the app is just a benefit of the online program and isn't designed to be a stand alone product. SO FRUSTRATING! I would have saved myself a bunch of time and kept looking for one that will work for my needs! I wouldn't mind paying for it if the product was what it was represented to be!!

It's a great helpful app, although I do think it could be better. For instance being able to cancel or send cancel requests would be nice.

This is a great app with tons of great ideas but needs to be made so a servicer like my self can use it to set up all my jobs for the week
