App claims it needs to sync by connecting to internet. I’ve tried to wait (20 min) to see if it works. Nope. Tried to delete and download again. Nope. Please fix!

I haven’t been able to get this app to sync for weeks. Please fix this

I used to use plain silver all the time, and it was convenient until I deleted the app by accident, and now that I’ve redownloaded it, im stuck on a connecting to internet screen, and it never connects. I have no access to my account or the funds in it, and the app isn’t working no matter how many times I redownload it. I need some help or response from developers because this is a issue that needs correction.

Won’t connect to the machines, can’t change credit card and won’t connect to the internet. Don’t use this company for your laundry.

My initial impression of this app was great: Finally, no scrambling for change when laundry day rolled around! About a month into my use, though, I changed bank accounts and got a new card. It quickly became clear that the app had no way of switching payment options once you put in your information for the first time. Growing desperate, as I had closed my old account, I deleted the app and downloaded again, in the hopes that it would allow me to start from scratch. Now, however, the app won’t get past the “Connect to Internet” screen. On top of everything, there seems to be no customer support, with my cries for help through the app’s problem reporting feature falling on deaf ears. I’ve lost all use of the app, as well as the $7.50 I had left on my account. BottomLine: Use at you own risk. Good while it works, but a nightmare if anything goes wrong.

Got an email from customer support and they were adding a fix to editing credit cards in an upcoming patch. I can't wait for this because it will allow me to use the app again.

This app does the bare minimum- I was able to add money, connect to my machines and start them up without issue. I didn’t experience any of the sync or connectivity problems others reported. For that, I gave 2 stars. You cannot change the credit card used to add money after you enter in a card the very first time. You also cannot delete your card after entering it into the app. They just store your card info forever. I tried contacting the company 3 times about this problem and never got a response. I really don’t like storing my credit card info anywhere so I found this really frustrating. REVISED- changing my rating to a 1. I bought a new phone and I cannot get the app to work at all. I get the sync error everyone else is complaining about. Good thing I still have my old phone, so I can use up the remaining $15 in funds on my account, but after I get rid of it I am done with this horrible app.

This app is complete trash and it never works. It leaves me on the synchronizing screen whenever I try to use it and it has been doing so for months. It would be appreciated if the developers could fix this app being as though I still had funds in my account and would like to use my app. Is anyone going to fix this ??????????? I’m feeling some type of way because I had money ON MY ACCOUNT.. That I haven’t been able to access is anyone going to refund me or just pretend I never downloaded this piece of crap?
