This game is challengingly fun and if you want to have fun this is the game

So first of all, definitely get this game if you’re on the fence. It’s really good and interesting. That said, small problem. A while back, I switched Apple IDs. Most things transferred over fine, but Plague inc acted oddly. All my achievements were gone and I had to get the scenario pack again (but I think I got it for free? I’m not sure and it didn’t tell me) but all the diseases were still unlocked and showed that I’d beaten them on mega brutal and stuff I just. Didn’t have the achievements for them. Another possibly unrelated bug is that I never unlocked cheats. Another definitely unrelated bug is that the “Not Another Zombie Game” acheivment is downright impossible to get, especially on mobile. Seriously, what’s up with that. Thanks for making such a good game! I hope to hear back from you.

It is extremely realistic and provides hours of entertainment. Not a pay to win game. Offers many kinds of diseases and skill levels for all players

I bought 3 of the expansion packs, and uninstalled the app awhile later. I recently installed again and it wants me to pay for the expansion packs again! What a sham.

I like the concept it’s fun!! But it’s rigged. I’ve done a certain level (no joke) 27 times, and I’m still stuck on it… but I still enjoy the game. I’ll keep trying I guess

When I got the game in probly around 2019, I couldn’t put the phone down. So when I went to buy the pack that you guys had for all the special viruses, it cost something like 9-12$, and when I launched the game, I didn’t get any of them. I do know how to get the viruses for free, but that’s tedious work. So I would either like a refund or the viruses I paid for ( Vampire, Zombies, that guerrilla one and that ear-worm thing). Over all tho, extremely fun game. I love the news where it has funny remarks about the world. So please refund or give me the products I paid for. V/R
