Game doesn’t even get pass the select character page

This is the second pj masks free app we downloaded on the iPad but we haven’t been able to get either off the first page. My son is upset but I’m not paying for the upgrade not knowing if it will work. :(

Fun but sound rarely works

Tried the app, both paid and unpaid, on multiple phones and the sound has only worked a few times. Yes, we verified the settings on the phone and app were correct each time the issue was noticed

I am giving this game 4 stars because I think the game should have been harder. I probibaly beat the whole game in about 20 minutes please make this game harder. ???
