The process of ordering was easy and delivered quickly by a very courteous driver. However, the Bone-out chicken wings weren't worth the money.

App constantly crashes. Prices are crazy high, It’s a total Ripoff!!

This is the most user unfriendly app I have ever used! Trying to use your rewards is a joke. I had to close the app three times before everything was correct. I chose my home address as the primary but it still kept defaulting to other address. I had to delete everything else in the address book to get it to choose my home address. It would have been faster to make the pizza at home from scratch!!! Don’t bother with this app. Just call!!

This app is terrible.... almost ready to order pizza elsewhere.

This app is horrendous, it used to be fine occasional lagging here and there, but now it’s like permanent lag and lately it won’t go past the address part at the beginning. I’m tired of running circles between app and managers in store, I’m almost willing to just start going to Dominos.

I have used this app several times and never have gotten my order and if they get my order it will be wrong and still have to wait 20-30 minutes before getting my pizza’s

This app is by far the worse application I have. The interface was not user friendly at all. It literally takes me 40 minutes to order a pizza. You might as well call your local Pizza Hut because they are way more qualified to take your order and they are faster too. An app like Jimmy Johns has is far superior. It takes 2 minutes for me to order and I can use Apple Pay. Don’t download this app until Pizza Hut does a major update.

Use to love this app. Was very navigable and worked. Now, you can’t get past anything. If you hit “Reorder” or select a store for delivery or carry-out, it just freezes and doesn’t respond.
