"Oops! You was banned and thus can't generate new designs manually." What does that even mean... This comes up every time I try to color my own picture I get from my camera roll. Banning people shouldn't be a thing in this app, there aren't even any rules. I didn't do anything that would cause me to get banned.

I love the set up of the coloring but everytime I click on a coloring page and a number it completely shuts down! Or I would give it 5 stars! I’m running iOS 13.1.2 and I have the iPhone XS Max!

I love this app a tons, I play on it all the times, I finally paid for the full app a few years ago and I have enjoyed it a lot, but I noticed within the few days it has been crashing so please fix it, I loved that y’all put 3D pics on it too, I think that is my favorite kind of picture to color, thinks for the great pics and awesome app, and please fix the crashing thinks.

i loved this app until it stopped working. i pay for the yearly subscription and i haven’t been able to use the app for the past few weeks. it crashes every time i try.
