App Experience Has Declined

The app used to play the radio perfectly. Every since they changed the “Fans Experience” it’s been awful. I can’t get the game to stay on. Living out of state, this is one of my main ways of keeping up with the games. Please fix it!
Pens predictor notifications…

Decent app, but the Pens Predictor notifications cannot be disabled without disabling ALL notifications through phone settings. Simply unchecking the Pens Predictor notifications in the app itself does nothing.

Horrible. Can’t listen without signing up. Been waiting for a verification code that never came. Go back to just a click and bam, radio feed starts rather than the whole Pens experience.

The app was great and Then you try to make it fancy. We don’t need fancy we need something that works. Just go back to the radio app the way it was. Hit the radio button and you can listen to the game on the radio. Pretty simple
Update didn’t work

Just did the latest update and now caught in a loop. I try to open app and it tells me I need to update, which I already did.

He app is currently telling me to update in there App Store, but there’s no update available. The update message makes the app unusable. Thanks

The app is a huge disappointment … can’t login to do a predictor. Do they not test these sites before going live.?????
No Apple Pay Option

I get the need for contactless payment but why isn’t Apple Pay supported? It’d be so nice to link a card already in my wallet - keeping ONE spot to manage and update card data across all my mobile payment apps.
Ticketmaster integration doesn’t work

I have tried to connect my Ticketmaster account to the Pens app many times with no success. It keeps saying I cannot use my email address and to use another one. Well, I only have one Ticketmaster account. Would be nice if you could submit errors directly though the app.
