Not user friendly

This app has a complicated menu and makes it impossible to customize unless you build your own. Very disappointed.
There was an error with the network

Keep getting this issue and have full LTE and not on WiFi. Turning off cellular didn’t help either
App doesn’t work well

I couldn’t get my accumulated telephone points to migrate to the app. I also couldn’t figure out how to manually enter the code from my receipt, so I still only have $7 credit instead of the $60 or so I should actually have.

The app doesn’t seem to have any bugs, it’s easy to transfer previous card points and convenient for busy individuals who want and quick organized app.
Nice except re-order doesn’t work

This app is pretty nicely done with one giant exception: selecting a prior order for re-order is broken and has been for a long time. I have reported this through the app twice, but to no avail. Trying to re-order always generates a message that the menu has changed and I must start over with a new order. The ability to re-order is one of the main reasons to use an app like this. Fix that and I will give it five stars.
Unable to Accept Coupon Codes

Can’t use a coupon code on the app. Was very difficult trying to place an app order for store pickup with coupon. Ended up just ordering in store and using coupon in person. Deleted app.
