Too many bugs and not enough to do after two days you just sit around waiting and farming. great game if you like to watch paint dry. Customer service is nonexistent. Storyline has been stuck for a few days and still no response to the ticket some in my alliance have the same problem and no responses to their tickets.

The games customer service doesn’t answer you, I emailed them and messaged them about 5 days and no response. And the bugs in the game delayed my growth. Game needs people to respond so these issues can be fixed.

Its a good game, few bugs here and there but they should get sorted out in time, the game does need to be marketed a bit more so more players can join in, it is fun.

Gameplay similar to Game of War - join a guild (an Enclave), upgrade as fast as possible, battles are text reports; gang up and crush your enemies. The art, look of the base, and the world all look nice. Ghost ships can sail over solid land - are the crew ghosts, or the ship, or both? Game runs smoothly, very little downtime.

First, Let me Say How AWESOME I thought this game was. I love MORPGs and this is a game that definitely draws you in. However, over the course of the last few days, it’s become apparent that either someone hacked the game or others were just plain given an unfair advantage, which is neither fair nor fun. Over the weekend, the server shut down for 5 minutes...my Enclave and I were ahead by several million points in a Battle....the server came back up and within a matter of 30 seconds, they were 5 Million points ahead...Coincidence or Hack? Emailed Support to Question the Authenticity of such an Impossible Feat in such short time...NO RESPONSE. Another Player has his entire account compromised after his Storyline Quest failed to update at Completion. He went to reinstall the game and had to start back at square one like the account never existed. NO RESPONSE from Customer Support. This morning, wake up to a number of our SHIELDED Enclave Leaders, robbed of all their resources by extremely high level players...which in your game bylaws, Is apparently not able to happen....once again NO RESPONSE from support...it almost makes you think that the Russian Developers are providing Russian Players and Enclaves with aid, while the rest of us spend real money and time, to build with honor. It’s frustrating and without any support or understanding as to how or why this is happening along with zero game play guides or wikis available online, you are left to fend for yourself and be pitted against unfair advantage it seems. Such a shame that it seems our entire Enclave is looking to leave the game and take our hard earned money and time elsewhere. Great Concept. Zero desire to continue playing a Game that by all accounts appears Rigged. Maybe this Review will finally get someone’s Attention.

Fun and addictive game, app and servers are unstable

Great great play, easy to spend hours on it. Random server downtime here and there and the app has some bugs — that being said, customer service is highly responsive and has made the situation right the couple times I’ve reached out about bugs disrupting gameplay. Be sure to back up/sync to Game Center or FB in case you have to reinstall the app!

The game is awesome and the the are legendary, but there is one small little problem each time I defeat an enemy in the map I go back into my home base my fleet icon shows up in the middle of my screen and I can’t get rid of it. Developers please fix this bug, I have seen this bug in other games. Other than that the game is awesome.

Fun game but system issues
