problem adding friends

i love this game and everything is good but it won’t let me add my friends? it won’t let me add them through their code i’ve shared my code to them and we’ve sent the join me mateys link and it won’t work!
Cash gets stolen instantly

The last few months this game has been so frustrating. Every single time I click on my crab to redeem the spins and cash the cash gets stolen within 90 seconds. Not to mention that the cash since they took away the pirate map is never enough to actually build anything. Now I almost have to play less because unless I just collect my spins for multiple days, it won’t be enough to even make a dent in a building. You don’t have to bring back to pirate map, I don’t mind the slot machine. I just want to earn enough gold to be able to build something. Instead of collecting at full and not even being enough money to build my cheapest island.

I updated my app and the next thing I know when I log in I lost everything. I don’t have fb to recover anything. How do I get my progress back? Why did it reset? This is ridiculous

After I updated the game, it erased my profile! I have been playing for years and now it’s gone. I am so disappointed. Please help me

Fun at first

This game is fun at first, but after a bit, it’s too hard to do much of anything without spending your hard earned (real) money. The gifting amounts between friends is a joke (one whole spin per day), and the third leg of the pirate adventure is impossible to beat. Requiring almost 40 bombs per target is just ridiculous. Waiting all day just to get a few spins is silly, and there are plenty of other games out there that are more generous with how quickly things replenish. Aside from these disappointing aspects, the game is super glitchy. The loot bar often gets hung up and doesn’t award the prize once filled, and I’ll build my island, then when I go back to my slot machine, I’ll see the screen flash “+0” for the tournament points. I’m not sure I’ll play this game for much longer, and I’m mad at myself for actually wasting money to purchase spins in this game.
Lost all progress

After updating the app, I lost all progress in my game. I see I’m not the only one this has happened to. So far, no resolution from support. Getting close to deleting this app

I love this game but i was on island 22 and for some reason i opened the hame and it said i was on island two as if i restarted.Please get this fixed i love this game!
