second time using it. had major issues connecting my account this time and sent an email for help. the agent and i went back and forth through email for a few hours until he completely resolved it. so even though contact isnt really available over the phone, they deff take care of you through email. he was consistent and very friendly. plus using this is wayyyyyyy cheaper then any other payday loan, by several hundred in the long run, and it helps on your credit report!
