The app's "free," but you have to pay a dollar to play each round. I thought this kind of "free" app wasn't even allowed in the app store

What help system? I saw where they want to charge money for tools but, I don't know if it is required to pay to play because the help system does not explain how to play the game! I am going to have to remove this one.

No directions on how to play and they try to get you to spend money at every turn. Absolutely horrible game.
