Doesn't work on iPad1

I bought this on my iPad and installed it. When I tried to run it, it states, requires iPhone 4 or iPad2. Why doesn't Apple warn us BEFORE we pay for app that it is not compatible?

Full screen?

The lite version is full screen but the paid is not. What?

Open up game and it crashes when I open up the tutorial level

Good potential but fatal bugs

Game crashes when if you switch off it mid-level to another program briefly, like answering a text. Also crashes if you power off the screen while in the middle of a level and try to return. Great gameplay but no bug fix updates. Keep your money until the developer gets it right! I am surprised it even passed the Apple testing.
