Interesting concept, not great

I like the idea of having frequently used hrases at the ready but I have to type them all in which isn't really intuitive. I was hoping for it to learn the things I typically say but that's not the case here. NBD. The deal breaker for me was not having chat history. If you don't respond right away, there's no way to tell what that person said to you. Messaging is simply notifications. No chat threads or windows. In addition to that, I think there are too many permission screens. It takes to long to get through it all.
Wont recognize my cellphone number

Was interested on using the app and when I went to put in my cellphone number it kept appearing a message saying 'pip currently only accepts mobil numbers'.
The app is very boring

I rather just text than 'pip'. There's only so much you can do with it. And the responses that it brings are too vague.
