Accesory not supported

I bought this ear phones 5 months ago for my iPhone X and they were working fine until today. Everytime I plug them into my phone it says “Accesory Not Supported”. I can’t even calibrated them, what’s the fix for this issue?

This is an absolutely fantastic product, very underrated. It’s sound cancelling and audio capabilities are second to none and completely changed my professional life by helping me focus. And I don’t have to worry about charging it!
It works, but lacking Spotify support

Love the headphones so far, and the app that comes with it has definitely been put together thoughtfully. The only thing I find lacking is spotify support for the smart button. I hope this gets added on in a future update! Thank you guys for the awesome headphones, but please add this to your next app iteration to get the 5 stars ?
Accessory Not Supported

Well, I got this today (July 20, 2017) and it doesn't work. The accessory is "Not Supported." The app says the Rayz hardware needs a "Firmware Update" and never moves past 3%. Ever. So, I'd say this app and the Pioneer Rayz is a total bust, so far! Yay!

The first day of use for my pair of earphones had a lot of "accessory not supported" warnings and on the second day my iPhone 7 didn't connect to the headphones at all. I've tried every solution and none work. App needs updating
