Won’t open after 3 weeks

I paid for this app, it worked ok for 3 weeks, now will not open. Reboot, restarting phone, deleting & reinstalled twice: no improvement. App support takes you to a fake site. Total rip-off!!!! ?

Sorry I tried it it wouldn't work at all. Nothing would send, nothing would work so I tried installing again same issue. Any help? ESP since all reviews are so positive which is unusual For any app!

I don't remember downloading this so I clicked on it to see what it was and it caused my IPad to go crazy and lose all my functions including the power button and had to hard reset it.
