There should be no reason why money is being taken out of my savings account when I have more than enough in my checkings. Also, since when do you get charged for ‘service’ when you need to put money into your account?
No memo for transfers

The old app and my others banks’ apps let you add a memo to transfers. Would be nice to bring that feature back to the app. Also the picture taking for check deposit is no where near as nice as Wells Fargo app. Should be able to capture the image when it gets clear. This app just has you take the pic of the check whether it’s clear or not.
Convenient, but...

Saves a trip across town, but if you don’t reconcile your statement you may miss deposits you thought went through, but didn’t. In spite of hitting ‘approve’ after the deposit is complete, you have to continue out to the home page to have the deposit Ac completed. That isn’t so clear, I’ve had a half dozen deposits caught on reconciliation that I thought were completed. Just be careful!

Excellent service! I lost my Debit card. I Panicked!! I thought I would have to wait weeks to get another one. I called my Pinnacle Bank in my hometown they had me a card printed and ready to use that day. It was not a temporary card. It was my actual debit card I would use for good. In a world with a lot of chaos and worry they put me at ease immediately and took care of the situation. Thank you Pinnacle for your fast response and keeping up with the world we live in.
