Even though I have activated online banking several days ago and can log in through the safari browser, the app says my account is not active. One star until this is fixed.

Transactions are cluttered and hard to read, and although it shows mobile deposit as an option in the screenshot, this does not come up on my app. Very inconvenient. Their website is awful, too.

They make the sign up process way more difficult than it needs to be. I would not trust this app. Try a different bank.
No way to deposit checks!

I have no problem with this app other than there is no way to mobile-capture checks for deposit. That is what I most wanted. I still have to get in my car and drive to the bank to deposit a check. I could deposit through the SouthCoast app and am very disappointed that a larger bank does not offer that option.

I like the app but every now and then the Touch ID option gets disabled on its own. Please correct this issue thanks.
Fix Touch ID ISSUES !!

Please hurry and fix the Touch ID issues. It's very frustrating. Even more so if you can't remember your password or login and since there is no option to get emailed your password if you don't also know your login what is the point of having Touch ID at all !!!!! Please fix this !!

The opening screen is nice & clean — in part because important things are missing! When a bank is playing catch-up on its technology, it needs to bring an A game. BNC didn't get that memo.
