Missing Critical Features

Although this app serves the basic needs, it lacks the critical features expected in any app in 2017. Missing Features: • Notifications for account activity (credit, debits, etc) • Touch ID login • Notifications for mobile check deposits statuses (submitted, cleared,error)
Glitchy check depositing with app

The app will tell you your check is deposited. Then 6-8 hours later let you know it was rejected by the software. Very 2008. Not acceptable.

I so wanted this to be better than it is. The deposit function rarely works on the first, Second or third try. And the descriptions about why the check is being rejected are as clear as mud. So you keep trying. Or drive to the bank - defeating the point of the app.

Just doesn’t compare to the Chase mobile app that I’m accustomed to but the personal service at Pinnacle is second to none. Still the same. Please make notes possible on mobile transfers.
