I tried to log on today and was given a message saying that this version is no longer supported and to download the new version. This is the only one on the App Store. Please fix this issue
I am using a 5S. The app itself works well and whatever information I need is easily accessible. However, returning to the home screen or using the another app causes the Pinnacle Bank app to default back to the login screen, which can get annoying. That's probably for security reasons so I can let it slide. There are various issues with the UI - it is very bland and looks ugly. The icons at the bottom are low resolution, the rounded edges of the screens don't look appealing, and the "More" tab is not needed since the Terms and Conditions are already on the landing page. Some of the spacing between objects is out of place, like the arrow on the Accounts page. Also, change the background image to a nice mountain or something. The current one doesn't even make sense.
The app itself just looks so bland, I think some redesigning is called for. Maybe just change the colors to more brighter colors, change the font to a different font like a more friendly font that has more appeal. I have problems with it saying it can't validate my information when I know my password is correct it happens very often I would love this app more if that was fixed, also my balances don't match for a while too. It'll say I have $.15 in my account but for my available balance it'll say what I got paid which is sometimes confusing because I don't want to be charged for an overdraft fee. Please work on the issues and the design to benefit all who use the app.
I prefer the old version. The new version makes your available balance too small to read. It's ridiculously tiny. Seriously. It needs to be fixed.
App is very minimal, and does what it’s supposed to do.... but why can’t we use Apple Pay yet? How long does it take to get on board pinnacle?
I love the app but my Login Screen keeps messing up when I try to login with fingerprint
I love it being able to do several things on my phone. The only thing I do not like is that it asks for my security question every time I log in. I wish it would remember my phone.
